September updates
The agenda for the September SWONA meeting is on the 'agenda' link on the left side of this webpage. We will have a bunch of updates on stuff happening in the neighborhood, including a longer follow up discussion on whether we should engage in a Subarea Planning process. We have invited representatives of other neighborhood associations on the Westside to join the discussion.
Concurrent with planning for the September meeting we have also been planning for candidate forums for City officers (on the Eastside on October 9 at the Elks Club and on the Westside on October 17 at Garfield Elementary). A survey form should go out for suggested questions for these forums on September 11, with responses due back on September 18. We will post the link for this survey on the website and our Facebook page as soon as it becomes available.
