Next Neighborhood-wide Yard Sale: Summer 2026 — Exact Dates TBD

Due to the fantastic turnout and positive feedback from our first annual neighborhood-wide yard sale this past June (2025), we’re excited to make this a yearly summer tradition!

We plan to host the next sale in Summer 2026, likely around the Summer Solstice weekend. Final dates will be announced as we get closer.

Whether you're clearing out your garage, downsizing, or just want to pass along great finds to new neighbors, this is a perfect opportunity to join in a neighborhood-wide event that draws shoppers from all over Olympia.

We’ll once again:

  • Promote the event citywide to attract plenty of buyers

  • Coordinate with food truck vendors to bring a festive vibe

  • Create a Google Map of participating homes to guide shoppers
