Next Neighborhood-wide Yard Sale: July 25 & 26, 2026

Due to the fantastic turnout and positive feedback from our first annual neighborhood-wide yard sale in 2025, we’re excited to make this a yearly summer tradition!

We plan to host the next sale on July 25th & 26th.

Whether you're clearing out your garage, downsizing, or just want to pass along great finds to new neighbors, this is a perfect opportunity to join in a neighborhood-wide event that draws shoppers from all over Olympia.

We’ll once again:

• Promote the event citywide to attract plenty of buyers

• Coordinate with food truck vendors to bring a festive vibe

• Create a Google Map of participating homes to guide shoppers
